Shipping
Orders with a total value below £50 may be charged £7.95. Any orders with delivery addresses outside the UK are subject to shipping charges being applied. Any local duties are solely the responsibility of the “Consumer”. Stationery Outlet cannot be held responsible for undelivered Products due to non-payment of local duty.
“Consumers” may incur shipping charges where special arrangements are made to deliver larger items or Products are supplied as a “Special Order”, this will be confirmed at time of processing the order.
Returns
All returns must be reported within 3 days of delivery. A returns number will be generated and must be attached to the package. If you decide to return a product due to ordering error, change of mind or unsuitability, we shall charge you £7.95 and invoice prior to collections being arranged.
We are responsible for collections if the return is due to our error. Each returns request is considered in detail and decisions to apply charges are at our discretion.
Any returns must be in original unopened packaging unless item is faulty.
